  • How do I place an order?

  • Payment options & currency

We accept payment by major credit cards, Atome, ShopBack PayLater and bank transfer/iBanking, DBS PayLah!, PayNow and GrabPay. 

Screen shot of payment made offline is required. Email receipt of payment to hello@raniahasna.com and indicate order number within 24 hours from order placed. Order will be cancelled if no payment is received after 24 hours.  

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

 

  • Shipping rates 

All orders of S$100 and above include courier shipping within Singapore. 

Option of tracked courier shipping are available at checkout at S$4 for orders below S$100. Tracking reference is provided via email. 

Delivery lead time within Singapore is between 3 and 5 business days. However, longer shipping may be expected due to public holidays. Please ensure the address provided is accurate to avoid inconvenience. For any parcel returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, a shipping fee of $7 will be chargeable for redelivery. 

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout upon selection of destination country. Please check your country's custom regulations before making purchases. Shipping fee is non-refundable if order is returned due to custom regulations. 

 

  • Rewards Program

Sign up for our Reward Program and get rewarded with your purchases! Accumulate points with every dollar spent, and redeem for vouchers to offset your next purchase. See here for more details.

$1 = 1 point 

*Points accumulation applicable for online purchases and pop-up events only. 

*Account will be reseted at the beginning of each calendar year. Members are to fully utilised all points before expiration.  

 

  • What can I do if I forgot to add a product to my order that has just been completed? 

Please complete another transaction and we will refund the additional shipping fee to your original tender. Do also indicate that you wish to have both orders packed and shipped together. 

 

  • Can I pay via PayNow, DBS PayLah! or GrabPay? 

Yes, you may select "Bank Transfer" option at payment page and the details for offline payment will be provided.

  • How long can I keep the products from purchase? 

We produce all our products in small batches so they are always fresh when they reach your hands. We encourage you to use them immediately after purchase and complete within 3-6 months from opening. 

Keep all products away from direct sunlight and heat. You may store them in the refrigerator after opening. Do not introduce water into the products. Once there is a change of scent, texture or colour, do refrain from further use. 

 

  • Do I have to do a patch test if I am not sure if I am allergic to any of the ingredients? 

Yes, it is strongly recommended to do a patch test for first time use of any products. Test the product on a small area of your skin to check if there is any reactions within the first 24 hours of application. Discontinue use if there is any adverse reactions and seek medical advise where necessary. 

Please consult your medical doctor prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on any medications. 

 

  • Returns & Refunds

All orders are final once confirmed. If you need your order to be modified, please contact us immediately and we will try to do our best to assist you.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at hello@raniahasna.com with details of the product and the defect. Please contact us within 7 days from date of purchase. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders returned due to international custom regulations.
